On 10/25/25, I purchased tickets through your platform for the Scotland vs France rugby match, which I bought in October. However, the tickets were never delivered.
Three hours before the start of the match, I was informed that the tickets would ultimately not be provided and that only the ticket price would be refunded.
This situation is legally questionable. According to Article L.121-2 of the French Consumer Code, a commercial practice is considered misleading when it is based on false statements or information likely to mislead the consumer.
Selling tickets without guaranteeing their delivery may fall within this definition.

I bought two tickets, two plane tickets, taxis, and hotels—all for nothing. It’s a massive scam. The tickets were refunded, but not the plane tickets or the hotel, and I think it’s fair to ask for a refund.
I have filed a complaint for criminal conspiracy and fraud. If we don’t hear back from them, we’ll take this to court.

Je vous contacte concernant lachat de quatre billets de rugby pour un match à Édimbourg effectué via votre plateforme.
Malgré plusieurs assurances répétées de votre service indiquant que les billets seraient transférés via le système officiel de billetterie de la fédération écossaise de rugby avant lévénement, ces billets ne nous ont jamais été transmis. En conséquence directe, nous navons pas pu assister au match.
Nous avons pourtant effectué le déplacement depuis la France jusquen Écosse spécifiquement pour assister à cet événement, en prenant à notre charge les billets davion ainsi que lhébergement.
Une fois sur place, nous avons constaté que nous étions très loin dêtre un cas isolé : un très grand nombre de supporters se sont retrouvés dans la même situation, ayant acheté des billets via votre plateforme sans jamais les recevoir.
Cette situation est totalement inacceptable.
Votre plateforme a vendu des billets qui nont jamais été livrés, laissant les clients assumer seuls les conséquences financières de cette défaillance.
Par la présente, je vous mets donc formellement en demeure de procéder au remboursement intégral du montant payé pour ces quatre billets. À défaut de remboursement dans un délai de 72 heures à compter de la réception de ce message, je transmettrai immédiatement ce dossier à mon avocat afin dengager toutes les procédures judiciaires nécessaires sans autre avis.

Pendant plusieurs jours avant le match, Viagogo nous a assuré que les billets seraient transférés via le système officiel de la fédération écossaise de rugby. Nous avons attendu jusqu’au dernier moment… et les billets ne sont jamais arrivés. Nous avons pourtant fait le déplacement depuis la France jusqu’en Écosse pour assister à ce match, en payant l’avion et l’hôtel. Une fois devant le stade, nous avons découvert que nous étions très nombreux dans la même situation : des centaines de supporters sans billets, alors qu’ils avaient pourtant payé via Viagogo. Résultat : voyage pour rien, match impossible à voir, et un service client incapable d’apporter une solution.

I ve paid my ticket as the match was planned Sunday oct.5th, as well i planned my trip from Lyon to Mardid the day before, but i was surprissed that the match will take place the Oct. 4th, the day of my flight to Madrid.
At the end i could not reach the match and enjoy watchingy favorite team.
With this email I'm kindly asking you to pay me back my ticket which costs me 167 euro

Bonjour, j'ai acheté 2 places pour le concert à Londres de Teddy Swims le 11 novembre. J'ai reçu les 2 places sous forme de QR code à 16h pour 19h le jour même.
Nous avons été refusés à l'entrée de l'Eventim Apollo, car les places étaient au black market.
J'ai envoyé un mail de demande de remboursement des 403 euros le 12 novembre, sans réponse. Merci de traiter et d'honorer ma demande.

I bought the tickets about 2 months before the concert when more tickets were available, and I was willing to pay double through viagogo so I could be seated in a great location. A day before the concert ,while the concert is almost sold out I have finally received my E-tickes and the location were awful in the "cheap seats" where I could have easily bought for half the price .
After speaking to customer service and after they checked with the seller that he indeed doesn't have the "correct" tickets I paid for I was left with 2 options - one was to cancel the tickets and receive full refund , and then buy the worst seats possible in the arena cause that's all that is left a day before the show, or to stay with the wrong tickets and receive a voucher of 25% that is valid for a year . That is disgraceful! I should be able to keep to tickets and to be fully refunded. I was literally SCAMMED!
I paid double for good seats, got bad seats and as compensation I received a voucher worth nothing from a company I don't want anything to do with anymore , and even with the worth of the voucher taken out of considerable, I still paid about 50% more for cheap tickets .
Since i flew into france for the show i was left with no option but to accept the disgrace and keep the lousy tickets. So if you ask me VIAGOGO is completely a scam.

J'ai acheté des billets pour 2 matchs des championnats du monde de hockey qui ont eu lieu à Prague en mai 2024 et au moment de télécharger les billets, il n'y avait que ceux pour le premier match ! Impossible d'obtenir le second, arrivés sur place, on nous apprend qu'il a été vendu et que ça arrive souvent avec le site via gogo, obligés d'en acheter des nouveaux !
Le service client est totalement inexistant, on ne peut pas les joindre ou il ne souhaite pas répondre.
Bref, ARNAQUE !!
